I'm a dynamic professional in Early Childhood Education field with 30+ years of experience with young children from infants to preschoolers; and 18+ with federal funding sources from Head Start and Early Head Start program at a delegate and grantee level. First ten years as a Pre-school Teacher working with young children; observing and planning according to their interests and needs, providing an enrich learning environment with different strategies to individualize and facilitate child’s progress in all developmental areas served as the inspiration to encourage others to encourage the awareness of the importance of early years of education. During those years of work experience included management responsibilities to implement and oversee Early Childhood Education Services & components: Curriculum, Screenings, Learning Environment, Child’s Outcomes and trained as a CLASS reliable observer from TeachStone.Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to manage the complexities of a new or old preschool program. Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships with parents, children, and staff. The previous 18 years working for with Head Start program and recently with Early Head Start Child Care Partnership; as the Executive Program Director/Education Coordinator at Paradise Christian School (Delegate Agency); then three years as the EHS-CCP Implementation Manager at United Way of Miami (Grantee Agency) and currently as the Implementation Coach for the CAIT program with United Way of Miami.
