My position includes amazing customer service when assisting runners and walkers in finding the correct shoes, socks, apparel, and accessories to allow them to have the most positive experience possible when working out. I am responsible for training new employees, making sure that the daily operations of the store run smoothly, and ordering accessories and fill in special orders.My responsibilities also include community outreach and brand marketing which includes monthly store events. I also coach the various training groups that our store offers which includes a beginner 5K group, an intermediate 5K group, a kids marathon training group, and a half marathon training group.

I worked to establish Sanborn Regional School District's Kindergarten program after teaching third grade for 2 years. While establishing the Kindergarten program I was responsible for working through curriculum and other successful programs to create a program that would benefit the students in our community.
