As the HR Generalist at MOSAID I drive the human resources initiatives and administering programs/policies that will promote a positive high performance culture. I am responsible for many functional areas such as benefits administration, recruitment, assisting in employee relations, and personnel management. Maintaining the Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), and performance management system, along with improvement of internal HR-related processes to continuously improve the department's efficiency and effectiveness.

I provide all the Human Resources on site support at the Ottawa (NZCAN) location including: - employee relations - recruitment - performance management- coaching and - benefits administrationFollowing the acquisition of Iogen’s enzymes business I have also worked closely with the new Shared Service Center to ensure alignment of HR records and policies, applying new procedures where appropriate.I continue to provide (change management) advice and guidance to managers and employees on understanding and using the new tools and procedures.
