• Lead planning & execution of the total “customer” experience for the Florida Chamber enterprise and entire organization• Lead project team members and enterprise to ensure all goals within project are being executed as intended and on time; communicate results to program leaders by requested timelines; this includes following up with project team members on goals and action plan steps• Create and execute action plan to hit project goalso Meet and communicate with team members in advance of each program meeting; candidly communicate challenges in execution in a timely manner to ensure the enterprise has the ability to re-strategize as needed.• Execute project pre-briefs and debriefs, focusing on “why” we do this project and project deliverables• Complete planning for the following year by established timelines as part of a team and to ensure enterprise success on KRAs and Measurable Results• Define, plan and implement a program around membership engagement that includes current members, prospective members, and at-risk members• Ensure program elements are strategically planned and implemented (i.e. onboarding, welcome letters, quarterly calls, meeting attendance, engagement in communications, leadership roles at events, and similar activities) are coordinated between membership retention execution and the Foundation marketing and communications plan• Include purposeful Scorecard data, common data points or data from partners for each pillar focused on the gap, the fight, the story & needed policy change• Program manage around the entire customer experience; monitor department budgets accordingly.• Coach, lead and inspire others to gain buy-in and to collaborate on effective implementation

• Servicing the fast-paced needs of the Big Bend community for their electronic payments and point of sale hardware.• Acquire new business relationships by networking and cold calling in person and on the phone. • Offer new products and solutions to clients to optimize their experience for accepting electronic payments. New business relationships will be built.• Implement and engage on social media platforms to help better market products and company.
