- Ideate initial concepts to align on communication strategies and solutions with internal team for our current portfolio of 10 clients- Create advertising print collateral, not limited to: brochures, magazine advertisements, direct mailers, point-of-sale, capabilities presentations, case studies, product sell sheets, product labels, and cookbooks and recipe books to build brand awareness and marketing- Develop logos for brand identities and campaigns, driving name recognition- Design wayfinding systems, outdoor signage, tradeshow experiences- Create digital communications such as emails, leaderboards, box ads, and social media content to increase traffic and click-throughs- Lead production management for the agency sourcing vendors, collecting estimates and spec sheets, organizing and delivering final products to printers, and maintaining an organized work-flow- Support new business efforts, helping bring in 10 new clients to date- Manage internal social planning, including office lunches, team outings, and company parties

- Inform liquor store customers of upcoming GetKnit events while hosting beer tastings- Host events at local breweries for children and adults- Oversee 1,800+ person event, Brews & Buses, at local breweries- Guide groups on Mississippi River with assistance from kayaking outfitter
