Day-to-Day Responsibilities - Lead and execute large-scale implementation projects, from onboarding to go-live, for hospitals including numerous applications such as Surgical Services, Physician Documentation, Electronic Health Record (EHR), and Nursing Documentation.- Oversee, manage, and mentor a team of 8-10 employees ensuring completion of key build milestones for 15-20 active client implementations at any given time. - Connect and engage with employees in other states with weekly check-ins and morning huddles- Communicate regularly with various specialty teams to help streamline surgical, nursing and physician documentation workflows- Constant communication with company leadership, disseminating information to 30+ SaaS employees concerning ongoing functionality changes and timeframes. - Manage and de-escalate customer escalations in a timely manner. - Collaborate cross-functionally with development, programming and technical support to ensure customer feedback is reaching appropriate stakeholders.Key Accomplishments - Collaborated on the surgical services implementation for MEDITECH’s first cloud-based SaaS implementation model.- Created and perfected various strategic practices and internal documents for the MaaS product for the Surgical Services implementation structure.- Able to pivot from project to project daily, staying on top of prioritizations, mitigating issues while progressing projects forward.- Communicate regularly with the technical programming team as it pertains to managing implementation deadlines in the form of system validations and troubleshooting of issues.

- Joined the Meditech as a Service (MaaS) Workflow and Usability Build team as a build specialist for surgery.- Regularly presented to customers during Workflow Assessment visits creating a standard of practice, walking sites through various patient workflows.- Managed 20+ ongoing SaaS implementations at a time, completing over 35 implementations.- Led weekly calls with customers to answer outstanding workflow questions.- Received multiple “High Five” awards for outstanding customer service.

Managed integrated communications for university athletics department of over 400 student athletes, with a focus on building awareness and creating engagement with key audiences. Provided hands-on planning and execution for promotions and social media initiatives for dozens of events annually, and coordinated with local and national media to obtain coverage across television, print, digital and social media channels. Partnered with internal stakeholders to drive communication initiatives. Managed interns and volunteer staff.
