I am Level 3 / Senior Coach in training with an eye to completing the core coaching competencies this year (2014)My skills are unique in that I've also achieved Master Official (level 5 referee) status within Canada. Knowing the rules of swimming in-depth helps me to train swimmers to be the best they can be in their chosen sport.

Involvement with RelocationCentral began as a technical consultant to CORT Business Services in the concept and planning phases of the project and later developed into the lead technical position of CTO for the spun-off company. Reporting only to the President of RelocationCentral, duties included all aspects of employment management, short and long term strategic planning, budget and forecasting, systems and requirements analysis, roll-out of new offices across the country, and manage the day-to-day aspects of technology support in a 250+ employee corporation. Designed virtual office requirements, software systems, and support network to enable 200 sales associates to work efficiently and effectively from home offices. Managed employees in 4 offices across the country – Washington, D.C.; Denver, CO; Chicago, IL; and San Jose, CA.

Developed computer-based training applications for U.S. Air Force contract. The development platform consisted of 80386-based machines using the X Window System (Xlib, Xt, and OSF/Motif) for the graphical user interface. Extensive work with the X Window System included writing and debugging widgets as well as programming with the OSF/Motif widget set. Debugged OSF/Motif releases and contributed to future releases with bug reports and fixes back to OSF.As a Team Leader, I managed 20 ASC employees and consultants. Performed requirements analysis, software design, and implementation conforming to MIL-STD 2167. Chaired design and management issues meetings. Created and delivered to the client a technical design lecture covering interprocess communications utilizing X Window mechanisms.
