I am currently a Junior at the University of Alabama. I am in the Honors College and am majoring in Interior Design.Working in collaborative design spaces, I naturally connect with people through effective communication. Whether it is expressing creative ideas, listening attentively, or fostering collaboration, I exhibit clear and engaging communication. I focus on individual differences, motivations, and how people can work together effectively. I concentrate on leveraging strengths to improve personal and group achievements while thinking about all of the factors that go into a situation and developing the best solution for the task at hand.
