I have a functional understanding of Regulatory required processes in GMP, GCP, and GDP. I have experience in multi-level training matrices, curricula, and onboarding. By defining and documenting required content and role-based learning requirements, I have helped maintain compliance within several departments. I have a clear understanding of change management and the importance of communication and training throughout the process. I have successfully proposed process improvements for company/departmental initiatives, metrics reporting, and training. I have the ability to multi-task and manage uncertainty across projects which ensures results are met.One of my strengths is to collaborate with key stakeholders to break down the complex to manageable deliverables. I accomplish this using strong project management skills, patience, and emotional intelligence. I effectively communicate and negotiate priorities to meet challenging deadlines and create win-win situations.My leadership style – including informal leadership, managerial style, and skillset has been recognized by colleagues and peers.
