I am a pacesetting leader and dependable project manager who facilitates productivity by assisting with organization, communicating clearly, and providing easy access to supporting new hires as they take on responsibilities, providing guidance and encouraging them to try new things.As a leader, I believe that my main role is facilitation. Project management requires dedication to interpersonal communication, from maintaining relationships to clearly outlining tasks and expectations. I take the time to develop and maintain relationships with team members, vendors, and customers while supporting day-to-day operations. I empathetically negotiate these sometimes-complicated relationships, and I never lose sight of the bigger picture and stakeholders’ needs.While I have a lot of knowledge to share, I am more than comfortable accepting when I’m out of my depth. Part of how I drive success is by helping my team members connect with the subject matter experts (SME) they need. I pride myself on empowering my team members, but I’m always there to lend a helping hand when they need it. Having started my career as a customer service representative, I understand the importance of strong work relationships. As a marketing manager, I learned how to communicate and build those relationships cross-functionally. Today, as a project manager, I use the strong communication skills I developed alongside strong organization and multitasking skills to keep projects on track and success in sight.My sites are set on relocating to Seattle, WA.
