As the National Service Program Manager I oversee the National Red Cross Corps (NRCC) and provide assistance to all American Red Cross host sites and members. I work closely with state program director's to provide assistance in the grant application, training of site supervisors, evaluation/performance measurement data, etc. It is my responsibility to maintain compliance with all the federal grant guidelines and promote a valuable member experience.

Supervise and evaluate health and safety employees and volunteer personnel to ensure achievement of departmental objectivesEnsure effective volunteer involvement in health and safety services and act as staff liaison to Service Delivery Committee and sub-committeesEstablish yearly goals and objectives, annual action plan, and budget and revenue goalsMonitor community needs for Red Cross health and safety servicesManage health and safety department to ensure appropriate, accurate, and timely documentation, records, reports, and information flowDevelop, promote, and administer all health and safety programs Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with agencies and organizations concerned with health and safety servicesOversee and schedule training and instructors within the areas of his or her delegation of authority
