I am an experienced critical care nurse who started her career journey in social work, but quickly moved to the clinical side of the healthcare field. I have worked in an medical ICU since graduation and became a certified critical care nurse (CRRN) in 2019. I take care of patients with complex disease processes and work with the medical team to ensure patients are receiving the best care. I am a member of our units leadership council, the ICU representative for the hospitals shared governance committee, and CLASPI representative for the unit. I enjoy learning and am always open to learn something new. I strive to be a positive influence on my coworkers and to be a teacher to new graduates.
