I offer private divorce mediation and co-mediation services where spouses (and their families) benefit from the expertise of a mediation team (either one mediator and a consulting attorney or two mediators--a licensed psychotherapist mediator and a family law attorney mediator). Together we address all state mandated divorce issues and help clients keep their personal goals as well as their children's developmental and emotional needs in the forefront of the divorce decision making process. Betsy Ross Coaching provides coaching and mediation services to individuals, couples and families to help them through divorce, build relationship skills, improve communication, and to help clients move through life transitions more successfully (ie-divorce, job changes, relocation issues, etc.) I also specialize in helping divorcing parents transition their relationship to become more effective co-parents and I work as a collaborative divorce coach where I work as part of a 'team' (with collaboratively trained attorneys) to help couples and families move through the divorce process more peacefully and with respect, and with their children's needs in the forefront. I also provide marriage and relationship coaching to individuals and couples.

I provide outpatient, psychotherapy services and consultation. I work with individuals, couples, children and small groups who wish to overcome obstacles to personal growth, increase self-knowledge, improve relationships, and live more successful and joyous lives. I have received training in clinical social work, group psychotherapy, and modern psychoanalysis.
