The position of Campus Communications Manager (CCM) is vital to the full engagement of Ashley Hall students, parents, faculty, and staff in the daily life of campus. In collaboration with select team members, the CCM is responsible for the strategic sharing of internal information through the proper channel and platform and at the appropriate time. The CCM has direct oversight of all software platforms used for the school’s parent online portal, the Learning Commons.

• Served as valuable team member at MUSC on projects that include search engine optimization, online advertising, social media, website development and website redesign.• Successfully managed and gathered data from a variety of databases and Google Analytics to improve the MUSChealth.org web experience and to increase appointment requests.• Created and delivered monthly PowerPoint presentations for hospital leadership at MUSC.• Acted as system administrator for the Marketing Department at MUSC oversaw a project management tool that ensured that all department members prioritized and completed projects through assigned deadlines.

• Designed and implemented solutions in all phases of the catering process and event planning to great success at Embassy Suites while enhancing relationships with clients and vendors.

• Served as assistant to the president of the Marketing Department at Dorlastan Fibers preparing numerous internal and external communications, most of which were written in German.• Trained colleagues at Dorlastan Fiber in the use of Microsoft Office Programs.
