With more than 30 years of experience in community development and a deep focus in the housing and construction industry, my experience spans finance, management, contracting, purchasing, and logistics. together with my partner, Steve Ritchie, we bring more than 60 years of combined experience in residential and commercial construction to Holtz Adams Construction & Consulting which we founded in 2017. I am responsible for Holtz Adams' bidding process, contract preparation, permitting process, monitoring costs, and managing schedules to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget. Prior to launching Holtz Adams, I enjoyed a rewarding career in municipal government and non-profit housing development, where I was responsible for numerous affordable housing and home repair, neighborhood revitalization, and community development projects.
