Led more than 40+ people in over 9 years as Branch HeadHave the responsible for all of the functions of that branch office, overseeing the approval of loans and lines of credit (LOC), marketing, building a rapport with the community to attract business, assisting with customer relations, and ensuring that the branch meets its goals and objectives in a timely manner. Oversee all the operations of the branch. Responsible for managing resources and staff, developing and attaining sales goals, delivering exceptional customer service, and growing the location’s revenues.I have excellent analytical skills and have a collaborative & informal approach with strong motivation to build and leverage relationships to get work done. I am a ‘doer’ but also perfectly confident in delegating both authority and responsibility when necessary. A self starter who believes in selling rather than telling. I have the ability to adapt quickly to change and variety in work – ability to learn and react quickly and work at a faster-than-average pace.
