In the past 2+ years I have worked almost exclusively with AWS services while supporting a large number of microservices. The Java/Springboot services used CDK and Serverless code for deployment, and ran on ECS Fargate. The services utilized many other services such as the VPC, Route 53, Cognito, API Gateway, Secrets manager, Key Mangement Services, and many others. I built a large suite of Synthetic Canary tests utilizing AWS Alarming, performed project work, configured the Microservices for deployment into DR region, modified GitHub workflows and other CICD pipelines. Enhanced CDK code and serverless code. I also performed many upgrades of Node for the many Lambda, Eventbridge, SNS, SQS functions performing the asynchronous process required for the enterprise level financial services platforms we supported. Previously, I had built a highly complex Reactive Angular UI connecting to REST APIs developed using SpringBoot and deployed on AWS.
