Coordinating, Printing and creating packaging mock ups for Trade shows, Sales presentations and in house meetings - as well as ordering supplies to complete mock up requests - Freelancer

Created a new department. Lead the mock up team- full time staff and freelancers. Contributed to strong team dynamic providing support and mentorship to less-experienced team members.Responsible for the creation of mock up packaging for National and International accounts for Toy fairs,Trade shows, Showrooms, Sales, Media, Packaging approval, etc... Organized and Prioritized mock up requests. Worked with the Graphics and Structure departments in Toronto and LA offices to ensure all graphic files were up to date before printing. Computer formatting-printing using large format printers and Formatted/Cutting artwork using Esko Kongsberg cutting table. Created blisters for mock up packaging in-house using a thermal plastic mold maker. Created packaging die lines when necessary. Worked with different materials like Corrugate, CCNB, PVC film and Foam Core. Created Counter Display Units/PDQ's, white structures space holders... Coordinated with China production ordering packaging blisters and FEP samples-press sheets to reduce cost. Meet with the Sales team, Trade marketing team and Brand managers on regular basis for up coming shows. Provided documentation of cost associated with material, freelancers, sales requests, amount of mock ups produced per quarter / per year.
