Responsible for keeping track of monthly sales and listings. Prepare marketing materials for the office as well as individual agents and provide support and training for marketing programs that were offered through the company. Also responsible for preparing and processing paperwork for closings and the deposit of monies into our Escrow account. Placing advertisements in local publications and newspapers on a bi-weekly basis. Prepare for our weekly sales meetings, special events and community projects.

Responsible for managing a team of sales associates and maintaining monthly store goals as well asaverage individual goals. Managing store operations, merchandising, marketing and public relationsopportunities, including trunk shows, blog features, magazine shoots and private shopping parties.

Design marketing materials, logos and activewear for the UNC Wellness Center programs, classes and events. Redesign and maintain website. Create and edit quarterly member and staff newsletters. Create and send email blasts. Attend programming meetings with area managers and assist in the development of marketing plans and programs. Assist the UNC Wellness Center Director with special projects and administrative tasks. Coordinate special events in the facility including Anniversary Week, Member Luau, Girls on the Run 5K and Fun Run among others. Manage marketing budget and promotional items.
