Led the foundations for an integrated health system including an 800-bed academic medical center affiliated with U of Tennessee, a children's hospital and community hospitals. During my tenure, the number of donors participating annually increased 700+%, the number of donors giving $1,000 or more increased 1,000%. Annual giving increased 250+%. Additionally, 18 of the 20 largest gifts received since the foundation was started in 1985 were secured during my tenure despite 2008 recession. The division also included a volunteer services department with 223 volunteers serving 20,000 hours annually.(Left to pursue the speaking, writing and consulting I am passionate about full time.)

Re-started dormant foundation; rebuilt infrastructure. Led external/internal relations for hospital. Spearheaded re-branding to achieve updated and cohesive image.
