For over 30 years, I worked in wood finishing and interior design, helping my customers transform their outer world. Today, I’m a Transformation Partner, helping women grow and evolve by transforming their inner world. So many women have been conditioned to live someone else’s answers for their life. In the interior design field, I worked with women who felt tentative and uncertain. I was able to help them trust themselves by creating a safe haven within their homes.You could say I’ve always been working in interior design in some form. Where I once used paint, I now use words.As a Transformation Coach, I have a unique ability to marry the head to the heart. Through years of trial and error I finally discovered that when you follow your heart AND use your head, you can move mountains in any area of your life that you choose. This is what I’m able to teach my clients.Just like a kaleidoscope, which has beautiful images that change with one slight shift. You too can dramatically transform yourself and reframe your inner narrative. With just one oh so slight alteration, the whole picture changes. And you can’t go back. That shift is transformational. You can unapologetically bring your unique strengths to the table with confidence, courage and the fullness of your being. Instead of dwelling on why you’re not further along, I show my clients how to show up as they truly are.It was Brené Brown who says “Clear is kind. Being unclear is unkind.” That powerful quote has stuck with me and it’s what I convey to my clients. I encourage women to give themselves permission to have chutzpah, and have fun with who they are instead of feeling like they’re not enough. This change can only happen when they’re ready to commit and take flight.I help my clients bring about lasting transformations in their lives through my Personal Ground Rules™ and Integrated Leadership Development programs as well as the Clifton Strengths modality. Cooking is my artistic outlet. I love to turn up the music, drink strong coffee and cook with my family. I love camping, walking my dogs off leash and all sorts of other adventures, which now include my Grandbaby Treasures! Life is good!
