With over 30 years of experience in the food service industry and over 10 years of experience in information technology, I am the CEO and Founder of MenuTrinfo, a company that provides ISO accredited certification for products and areas that are free from 1 to 9 allergens, create nutritional information and fact panels from recipes for CPG food and food service. I am also a certified Women's Business Enterprise and a nationally recognized public speaker, author, and entrepreneur.My mission is to help food service establishments comply with the new healthcare mandates and address the growing needs and demands of the consumers, especially those with food allergies and sensitivities. I have developed and launched innovative products and services that offer allergen and gluten-free accreditation, labeling, and information for food service locations and consumer packaged goods. I also share my inspiring journey of overcoming illness, challenges, and obstacles in my life through my public speaking engagements and my book, 'Unstoppable: A Recipe for Success in Life and Business'.
