I was affiliated with Lois Schneider Realtor from 1990 when I obtained my real estate licence, until July of 2017. In 1992, I obtained my broker's licence and continued as a full time real estate agent in the greater Summit area, covering communities from Maplewood to New Vernon through 2014 at which time I became an Associate Realtor. I had the highest personal dollar volume of business transacted ever at Lois Schneider Realtor in one year (in 2005) which through 2016 was a company record. Both alone and with my business partner, Linda Peck, I was the top agent or among the top agents in my firm every year since the early 1990's. In 2013, both Linda Peck and I as the Crosby Peck Team, together and individually, were the highest producers in dollar volume at Lois Schneider Realtor. As of June, 2014, I transitioned into an advisory capacity and also as a referring agent with Linda Peck and Pam Gumport. In January, 2017 I became a referral agent.
