I've been photographing clients for more than 15 years now. Whether it's creating a professional portrait for a businessperson, or documenting personal life by creating a family portrait, my clients love the results.If you want to learn all about the awards and recognition I've received, scroll down check out that section of my profile (I won't bore you with the details here) -- just know I'm a Master Photographer and Photographic Craftsman, two trade degrees that take a significant amount of talent and effort to achieve.I believe in giving back to the community too -- I've mentored grade school students who are interested in photography, I regularly donate auction items for non-profits, and I've served on several photography trade boards. When I can, I also enjoy writing articles for Professional Photographer magazine, where I've been a contributing writer for some number of years.When I'm not doing anything business related, you'll probably find me spending time with my family. Maybe with my cats. Or maybe in my craft room -- I love to knit, sew, and just create in general. I love being outdoors, and spending time in the great state of Michigan, so if the weather isn't terrible chances are pretty good I'll come up with some reason to get outside!
