I had the privilege of working on the launch of Right’s on-demand coaching platform, becoming involved in the testing and development of the platform, including writing user guide content for both the administrative and client-facing roles. At Pearson, I managed the production of print, digital, and video publishing projects in a fast-paced setting and enjoyed working directly with authors and vendors to build strong, mutually satisfied relationships. I specialized in high-urgency, high-priority projects that needed extra care and attention. I was also the go-to person when new processes and software came up that needed to be learned, documented, and taught.
