My career has spanned the public, private and nonprofit sectors, but there’s a consistent through-line: leveraging innovative strategies to support people in developing new skills and habits. I’m motivated by a deep desire to make a positive impact by helping people develop to their full potential. As a problem-solver with a practical bent, I’m happiest when re-thinking the status quo and building something new. I love the process of making complex ideas accessible, am always in pursuit of clarity and hold strong opinions on the proper use of PowerPoint (hint: more images, fewer words).
