Reviewing medical record documentation and accurately assigning codes for the primary/secondary diagnoses using ICD-10-CM, with knowledge of reimbursement reporting requirements.Sending any pertinent information that is requested by insurance companies for SNF residents including, but not limited to claims for denials, ADR’s, etc.Perform a variety of tasks necessary for day to day function in SNFPrepare/modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emailsOrganize/file medical records for 104 bed facilityAdapt/Create a schedule for approximately 175 staff members to ensure we have full staff coverageeach dayOrganize staff meetings and ensure that all staff has ability to attendParticipate in interview process/hiring/orientation of new employeesMaintaining appropriate staffing ratios and monthly nursing schedules, documenting call outs, andupdating the staffing sheets with revisions as necessaryRespond to requests for Paid Annual Leave
