I am a senior Microsoft 365 and Exchange Server engineer with a strong focus on solutioning and implementation. I am experienced in configuring and administering Microsoft 365 messaging and collaboration environments. as well as leading multinational teams in support and troubleshooting. My primary goal is to provide excellent customer service by utilizing my technical knowledge, problem- solving skills, communication ability, and my experience working in team environments in the IT industry. Additionally, being a self-starter with a strong willingness to learn new things and working for a solutions provider with several different clients has given me the ability to work well within high stress situations.
