- Work with client counterpart to gain support for initiatives and expand the presence of credit marketing across the client organization and proprietary channels. Strategize new potential channels and campaigns for acquisitions to drive new accounts.- Serve as main point of contact with IT for testing and validating all new releases of products and enhancements, such as the 2% Cashback product and subsequent enhancement releases.- Develop robust communication plan for new cardholders in the first 90 - 120 days on book, driving early engagement and creating stickiness. - Work with internal teams to update and manage all cardholder documents (numbering 46+) for full suite of PayPal and eBay products. Oversee all rate changes and other CIT updates, validating updates and gaining approval from client and other stakeholders.- Assist in Annual Marketing Planning Process to identify new accounts/sales growth drivers. - Ensure compliance with all internal & external regulations, ensuring buy in from all relevant parties (legal, fair lending, etc) for all acquisitions tools and campaigns. - Work with client, outside vendors (e.g. Creative agencies, Print/Production, etc.), and internal cross-functional units (e.g. Risk, Legal, Operations, Systems, Field sales team, etc.) to successfully build & implement marketing programs and product/benefit enhancements.
