They walked us through the attendees experience from the moment they departed the conference hotel on the hired coaches, to their red carpet arrival at the venue, who would be there to greet them, all elements of the food, drinks, décor, and sponsorship placement. When we arrived on site, everyone was impressed. Our executives complimented us on the whole evening. In addition to the party, Event Alchemy was also tasked with managing the logistics for our Partner Pavilion, a showcase of our technology partners. They had to overcome the challenges of several unique personalities involved with this aspect of our conference. They were very successful at building trust with this team as their experienced shined. Event Alchemy communicated directly with our 50+ partners to confirm their contract, booth, and onsite setup details. They also worked with our team and the show decorator on floor plan, booth layout, traffic flow, raffles, A/V, food and beverage.
