As a Chapter Coordinator, I contribute to the seamless execution of EO's chapter, regional, and global events, ensuring each experience aligns with EO's commitment to growth and community. I oversee the management and upkeep of web content, keeping our chapter information, events, and membership details current and accessible.In partnership with the Executive Director and our members, I handle event logistics before, during, and after events. This includes setting up, breaking down, and ensuring all event materials are in place. My role extends to supporting event registration and RSVP management, preparing name tags, and coordinating member and prospect interactions to foster connections within our community.I am responsible for developing surveys to capture insights from chapter and event activities, coordinating and scheduling meetings, and managing calendar invites. My support includes organizing trainings, board meetings, moderator sessions, and ensuring smooth logistics for all gatherings.On the digital front, I help elevate our chapter's presence by posting photos and updates on social media. Additionally, I manage board documentation, prepare meeting materials, and handle thank-you gifts for our partners and speakers. When needed, I source and order office supplies, and I assist with mailings, ensuring timely delivery of materials to members, prospective members, and strategic alliance partners.Through these contributions, I aim to create a cohesive, well-supported environment that enhances EO's mission and the member experience.

I am excited to join Slice as a Project Coordinator. In this role, I will assist with project management, event planning, and administrative duties. My responsibilities include coordinating and organizing crisis management initiatives, ensuring seamless event execution, and providing administrative support to enhance team efficiency. With a background in marketing and event coordination, I bring expertise in logistical planning, stakeholder engagement, and brand management.

Led planning and coordination of logistics of approximately 20 regional and international tradeshows and conferences including electrical, furniture rental, and shipment of materials. Worked with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure promotional tradeshow setup met expectations. Traveled to shows as necessary for setup and oversight of production. Worked with vendors on booth construction and updating materials with new branding. Managed company’s branded promotional items, including sourcing samples, while ensuring all items stayed within budgets.
