Over the course of my career, my sense that relationships are important has proven to be more than mere intuition. Abundant clinical data proves that quality relationships at work and in life are major drivers of our mental and physical health. So much so that “social well-being” is emerging as a vital pillar of health and wellness.Yet, data suggests most of us aren’t currently fully satisfied with our relationships. It’s one of the paradoxes of modern life.
