Conduct Internal Investigations and Loss Prevention Audits for 400+ locations in Central, Midwest, Mississippi Valley and The Carolina Operations.

Provide assistance and clerical work for the Director and Assistant Director.

Supervise and Train 40 locations in GA/TN/AL. Identify potential loss sources through hazard surveys and submit appropriate corrective recommendations. Conduct training one on one, storewide meetings and manager meetings. Review store accident data and complete formal loss source analyses at all locations. Execute service plan efficiently and effectively. Communicate with MCS regarding actual losses. Improvement recommendations submitted for all deficient areas and tracked through to resolution. Conduct orientation training with new store contacts. Effectively building working relationships with others and continuously building great partnerships between the Division and Store Managers at all levels.
