SLXL was a large format digital printing company that was owned by AEG. We specialized in producing out-of-home (OOH), event/venue and point-of-purchase print graphics. • Brought in annual sales between $2.2 - $3.3 million as an individual contributor • Generated multi-market business from new customers including Lamar Outdoor, Billups, Moroch, OutFront Media, RE/MAX, The Richards Group and Wieden + Kennedy• Strategized ways to reduce production errors and improve workflow, profitability and customer satisfaction• Negotiated with CEO, HR and Sr. Accounting Manager to establish annual sales budget and compensation plans • Collaborated with software company to build new customer facing order entry and order management platform that would get our customers’ information faster and automate work

Circle Graphics is the largest producer of out-of-home graphics. At the time I worked for them, they had found their success by focusing on the production of two products: Billboards and Eco-Posters. My responsibilities included extending a partnership with Hi Resolution team in New York that reduced costs for Hi Resolution and brought Circle Graphics more business. I also identified and pursued new markets with high sales growth opportunity, resulting in $300k of new business coming out of Dallas.

I honored a 6 month non-compete agreement and took this time to do some traveling. I ventured off to Morocco, Western Sahara, Italy, England, Germany, the Czech Republic, Mexico as well as some domestic destinations.
