U.S. Department of Defense, Department of Navy CNIC contracted ICF to provide functional support on MCC, a DoD program that serves as an online gateway for U.S. military families to request and manage requests for childcare• Operated as a technical subject matter expert, working with customer groups to collect feedback on their business needs through joint application design sessions, user feedback calls, and 1:1 calls with DoD and installation leadership• Gathered feedback, user and business needs from multiple internal and external sources to integrate and codify operational and technical requirements• Developed data migration business rules to facilitate the movement of over 100GB of application data from MySQL to SQL Server without impact to the end-user• Supported the application move from an AWS to a Defense Intelligence Systems Agency (DISA) hosting facility; worked with project sponsor, end-user and development teams to develop an implementation timeline and to validate all data• Analyzed and interpreted data using complex SQL query data exports to prepare easy-to-read summary reports to brief DoD leadership; used by project sponsors, customers and leadership to inform decision-making• Drafted feature documents and requirements for client approval; converted approved documentation into user stories for sprint planning; provided guidance to development and QA teams throughout the sprint until stories were successfully done and released.• Created end-user training/reference documents and trained key users on system functionality as needed; translated highly technical requirements into easy to follow materials for non-technical and Civilian audiences; facilitated webinars and developed training videos and delivered trainings with audience sizes ranging from five to 400 participants

U.S. Department of Defense, Department of Navy CNIC contracted ICF to perform IV&V testing of MCC, a DoD program that serves as an online gateway for U.S. military families to request and manage requests for childcare.• Managed a four person to team to facilitate all aspects of IV&V, including requirement analysis, test case and script development, coordination with system development and client teams, system functionality testing, final user acceptance criteria checklists, and deployment to production activities• Wrote and maintained test plans and documents, coordinating the Project Management staff to ensure deadlines and project plan were updated and goals were met• Mitigated application and system failure by reviewing specifications, requirements, and other documentation• Led teaching effort for developed and deployed systems

U.S. Department of Health Human Services, ACF, Children’s Bureau contracted ICF to manage the implementation of the Child Welfare Information Gateway, a program that provides access to websites, databases and online learning tools. • Provided complex Web and content development services, ensured Section 508 compliance, engaged in quality assurance activities, oversaw task management schedules, and facilitated website maintenance• Worked with the Children’s Bureau to launch of multi-year National Child Abuse Prevention Month campaigns in all 50 states through a variety of media platforms and the development of a micro-site; developed widgets and tools to track usage and analytics• Prepare content for white papers, briefing presentations, technical assistance documents, information memoranda, technical bulletins, and other types of policy guidelines on topics including technology, federal regulations, and program guidance• Supported the transfer of the Administration for Children and Families online materials into the content management system Drupal
