I assisted with the State's required Quarterly Business Reporting.I also managed our interpreter's Indiana's Interpreting Certification status received from the State to uphold the agreement between all parties, including rates.In addition, I eventually took over full billing responsibilities for the State contract by ensuring both our contractors were paid and our clients were billed correctly on top of my primary responsibilities as a coordinator.
