Hire and manage MBA and undergraduate program faculty. Advise undergraduate and graduate students and develop course schedules for the School of Business. Develop online course content with the CMS (Course Management System) using Moodle, Panopto, and Camtasia for lectures and student learning activities.Maintain a virtual and physical office and monitor emails multiple times daily to quickly respond to students’ questions and build relationships with students. Prepare documentation for MBA program approval and undergraduate program additions for accreditation (THEC and SACS). Prepare documentation for undergraduate and graduate business programs including strategic plans and assessment reports. Perform data analysis for Quality Enhancement Program (QEP) and write assessment reports for the QEP initiative. Served as Vice Chair of Academic Council for 2016. Serving as Chair of Academic Council for 2017 and member of the technology committee, media relations committee, strategic planning committee, and graduate committee.

Developed online MBA for South College. Currently teaching in online MBA as lead professor. Developed new programs for the MBA in Business Analytics, Finance, and Managing Information Systems. Conducted research on business intelligence systems, management decision making, and leadership.

Performed business analytics on contracts for multiple companies using multivariate analysis including multiple regression modeling, logistic regression, Bayesian analysis, cluster analysis, and structural equation modeling (variance and covariance), and descriptive statistics to promote data-driven decision making. Used multivariate techniques to analyze website traffic. Developed customer websites that optimized search engine visibility.

Developed additional course content for General Physics I and II. Edited textbooks used in both courses. Developed additional problem sets for General Physics I as a supplemental author for the textbook. Taught General Physics I and II in an online virtual learning environment using course management software.

Performed statistical analysis using multi-variable testing (MVT) methodology on business process improvement projects for this management consulting firm. Utilized other statistical methods including multiple regression, logistic regression, predictive modeling, and cluster analysis to analyze business ideas and determine best options for marketing, ROI, and other key performance indicators. Worked with large data sets related to revenue, traffic, and investments.

Initially hired as an Engineer and was promoted after four years to Staff Manager to oversee the planning and execution of telecommunications projects. Handled management functions that included administering a $17M budget, training and supervising staff, conducting performance evaluations, reviewing/approving engineering deliverables, serving as a primary point of contact for senior management and field operations, and ensuring project completion on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and engineering specifications.

Provided design engineering support to the above manufacturing companies, including creating software, establishing design specifications and scheduling requirements, writing procedures, and working with foremen to ensure job quality. Worked on design engineering projects for heater and liquid storage tanks used at facilities that produced and supplied materials for road construction, mostly hot-mix asphalt (HMA) plants, asphalt terminals, emulsion terminals, and concrete producers.
