Joining a production team for the first time, I have been chosen to work on the biggest AAA franchise of the Company – Assassin’s Creed. As a QC/QA Production Manager, my main activities were:• Managing a team of local QC Devtesters o Running daily smoke test on our game build o Providing support to our User Research Lab o Providing support to our Marketing team o Managing our project bug database• Building, spreading and maintaining QA process across the production team – including off-site co-dev partners o Bug prioritization process o Smoke test strategy – using staff in other timezones o Building functional QC testing timeline• Managing the relation with external QC partners – functional QC, Compliance teams, Online, etc. o Having regular sync on key matters with functional QC based in Bucharest and Pune o Defining the compliance and online calendars and strategies o Sharing key and relevant information to co-dev QC around the globeMain Challenges: • Adapt to QC/QA reality and challenges • Kept sync-up team across several time zone (Canada, France, Romania, Ukraine, India, Singapore and China) • Protect the team from all the production ad-hoc needs

I have been given the new challenge of building a brand new team within the Ubisoft IT department. The Client Manager will work as internal Service Delivery Manager for Ubisoft. In charge of managing the relation between the IT department and all the Ubisoft team using IT services, my main achievements in this position are:• Hired and managed another Client Manager for EMEA region• Successfully coordinated the launch of Ubisoft AAA game – The Division (+2000 servers hosted worldwide)• Promote IT services and tools throughout several game development studios (UK, Sweden, France, Germany, Spain, Finland)Main Challenges:• Convince Prod Studio that internal IT teams are key partners they should count on• Provide same coverage and service level to all the EMEA Studio, regardless their size and importance• Convince IT managers they need to adapt their processes to match the Prod Studio needs

Joined Ubisoft IT department with the main objective of building an Online Infrastructure team within the EMEA region. The purpose of this team is to provide Ubisoft with relevant Online Infrastructure to support its online needs and operate these Infrastructure. Beside this main goal, I also had to spread the word about this newly created team across the EMEA development studios. Here are a few achievements:• Hired and manage the EMEA online team – went from 4 to 20 staffs in different locations within EMEA• Managed the overall team budget – several thousands of Euros per years• Managed the design, setup and operation of the Online infrastructureso Several games infrastructure built and operate (with an average of 100 severs per games)o Manage relation with external hosting providers (Millions Euros contract per years)o Migrate externally hosted infrastructure within our in-house Datacenter (several Millions euros of savings)o Provide consultancy services Ubisoft development studio within EMEA (France, Sweden, Germany, Roumania)• Promote Online best practices among Ubisoft Studios accross EMEAMain Challenges:• Hire and build a team across several location in EMEA• Provide the team and its infrastructure to the EMEA Prod Studio so they are willing to host their games in-house• Make the EMEA Datacenter profitable
