Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess the progress and impact of development initiatives. Develop and maintain project monitoring and evaluation plans, tools, and systems, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives. Conduct regular field visits to monitor project activities, and provide technical assistance to project staff and partners in data collection and analysis. Analyze data collected from monitoring and evaluation activities to identify emerging trends and patterns, and make recommendations for program improvement. Prepare high-quality reports on project progress, evaluation findings, and recommendations for project stakeholders, including donors, partners, and senior management.
