Instead, it is about taking a long-term approach to litigation and ensuring the steps I take today support my clients' future goals and needs.I am an experienced litigator and I leverage that experience, including from my time as a clerk for U.S. District Court Judge Joan H. Lefkow, to help my clients succeed in and out of the courtroom. I have litigated cases in federal and state courts across the United States, as well as the International Trade Commission (ITC).At Merchant & Gould, I am the head of the firm's Associate Group and serve as a mentor to junior associates and summer law clerks. Outside the firm, I am Vice-Chair of the Trademark Litigation Committee of the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA), a member of the Hon. Jimmie V.
