• 管理部门成员，负责与Ma Labs HR及合作部门沟通，了解其招聘需求，并根据招聘具体要求搜索筛选大量英文简历，分配招聘任务，保证人均月推荐人才超过200个；• 负责第一轮面试，协助人事经理扩大内部团队，对新员工进行培训指导，针对不同成员制定相应培训方案;• 组织部门会议及与总部HR部门周会，撰写部门报告和周计划，解答团队成员的疑问，带领团队一起协作完成总部分派的招聘指标及其他工作项目。• Coordinate the daily conference call to the HQ HR Dept. and bi-weekly video conference call.• Report daily to the Senior Operation Manager and HQ HR Contact Window on the progress of the Support Team and any issues relating to the team members.• Conduct a daily team meeting for updates on the progress of each team member, answer questions and direct any concerns to the Senior Operation Manager and HQ HR Contact Window at the end of each day.• Lead and guide the Support Team on some new projects and be involved with existing projects.• Conduct first round interview for new team member, coordinate the job shadowing, on boarding, training and development of team member with the Senior Operation Manager and HQ HR Contact Window.• Be the administrator for K3 approvals for the Support Team.

具体工作内容：协助Ma Labs美国总部招聘• 与上级及业务部门沟通，了解其招聘需求，并根据招聘具体要求搜索筛选大量英文简历，保证月均推荐人才超过200人；• 在美国前200所高校网络平台上发布并维护招聘信息，整理出相应的结果报告，并及时反馈给总部HR部门，适应纯英文办公环境；• 管理人力资源金蝶系统，及时更新总部人事档案信息，维护人才库信息，保证人事档案100%正确无误；• 与团队成员一起协作完成总部分派的招聘指标及其他工作项目。协助武汉本地招聘培训工作• 负责从搜索简历到办理新员工入职的所有招聘环节，熟悉智联、58同城、前程无忧、赶集、看准网等多个招聘渠道，并通过招聘会、微信、QQ群及社区平台招聘相关人才；• 成为导师指导新人，组织新员工培训及武汉公司全体HR部门内培训，参与HR部门研讨项目等，熟悉国家和武汉相关劳动法规政策。• Responsible for recruitment activities and training.• Make cold calls and onsite interview.• Coordinate the daily conference call to the HQ HR Dept. and conduct a daily team meeting for updates on the progress of each team member.• Actively and passively source candidates from LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Monster, Indeed and other major job boards. • Make electronic sheets about the campus recruitment information and recruitment positions tracking.

• 负责业务拓展，电话邀约客户参加营销会，连续3个月超额完成销售任务并顺利转正；• 后期调到技术部负责客户网站维护，对已经建好的企业站进行局部修改和完善，指导客户进行后台操作，上传相关资料；• 在一个月内掌握Dreamweaver，PS及其他图片处理软件，并能根据客户要求独立建设手机网站用于百度推广。• Make 150+ cold/warm calls per day to sell internet products and enterprise phone numbers.• Visit clients and negotiated with SMEs managers.• Invite customers to take part in our marketing conferences and answered the questions.• Learn to use Photoshop, PhotoScape, Dreamweaver and other software in 1 month.• Maintain over 150 websites and made over 40 mobile websites for customers that will used for Baidu promotion.
