I hold a BSc in Information Technology from Ghana Technology University College and an Advanced Diploma in Cybersecurity and Ethical Hacking from Cyber Octet Pvt Ltd. Currently, I am an Experience Centre Supervisor at Vodafone Ghana and my role involves overseeing the service quality and customer satisfaction of the mobile devices and networks.At Vodafone Ghana, I am responsible for ensuring that the equipment is operational, monitoring service calls, preparing composite reports, answering questions, and recommending corrective services. I apply my skills in cybersecurity, web application security, forensics, penetration testing, and vulnerability research to ensure the safety and integrity of the systems and data. I also use my strategic thinking, investigation methodologies, business consulting, and management guidance skills to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's processes and policies.My mission is to provide secure and reliable communication solutions to the customers and the company. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team and have contributed to several significant projects and initiatives that have enhanced Vodafone Ghana's performance and reputation in the telecommunications industry.
