Go through with clients to understand their insurance and takaful needs2. Recommend suitable insurance and takaful solutions3. Explain the product features, benefits payable, exclusions, premiums and charges4. Assist clients in making informed decision and to facilitate product comparison5. Explain the importance of answering the questions in the proposal form fully and accurately6. Submit clients’ application for underwriting after signing the proposal form7. Arrange for medical examination with one of our panel clinics, if required8. Go through the policy terms and conditions with clients9. Provide information on making a nomination to ensure policy moneys are received by clients’ beneficiaries in the event of death10. Deliver policy document to clients (by hand or via post) within 14 days (or within 3 days for electronic delivery)11. Assist in renewal of policy12. Provide continuous service e.g. policy modifications, change of address and frequency of premium or contribution payments13. Guide clients through the standard procedures on how to file an insurance or takaful claim
