I think adult learning psychology in itself is fascinating enough, but combine that with ed tech and some AI capabilities and voilá - we got ourselves a compelling and impactful learning experience (LX) that contributes to achieving a good number of organizational goals.I’m an internationally well-seasoned professional with many years of varied experiences, including 6 years of instructional design, 3 years of training delivery, and 50 shades of a skill set such as the implementation of L&D strategies, business and learner need analysis, dynamic and interactive training and content development, impact measurement, and project and stakeholder management.I put my heart and soul into every project I work on and I’m here for quality and impact. I’m pretty curious by nature and have an open and agile mindset, qualities that keep me engaged, give me courage to experiment and allow me to iterate on ideas and adapt to change.
