▪ Participating in SAP HR development/migration projects (testing and customizing tasks)▪ Improving operational processes, supporting the transition of new functionalities, new applications to daily operational tasks▪ Providing IT support on cloud applications – SuccessFactors (APC, Learning, Onboarding), Taleo▪ Providing IT support on SAP HR processes - payroll, time management, organizational management, customizing, CATS, exit workflow, interfaces, etc.▪ Supporting end users, handling problems and resolving incidents

▪ Acting as a Subject Matter Expert of the Workflow area (SAP HR, SRM, FI, MM)▪ Possessing high level expert knowledge of the process and supporting the team by providingtraining and support the resolution of more complex issues▪ Having an overall responsibility for the smooth operation of the workflow process andoverseeing the activities performed by the team▪ Having an important role in the migration, testing and transition activities▪ Supporting the transition of new functionalities to Business As Usual, creating and updatingworkflow document, providing training sessions and onsite support▪ Taking part on implementing new workflows, reviewing the related design documents andmaking suggestions for improvement▪ Being the official internal trainer on the subject 'SAP Workflow' and trainer for the inductionperiod of new joiners▪ Facilitating Process Improvement Projects within the team▪ Creating proactive complex reports▪ Performing 2nd level of support: serious incident management/ common issue root causeanalysis/ driving fixes to production.

▪ Ensuring that workflow processes are operating effectively by monitoring them and reacting toissues▪ Performing changes to agent detemined settings, fixing failures and understanding the reasonof failures▪ Clarifying approval processes to end users and business stakeholders▪ Keeping workflow transparency; maintaining workflow rules, tables and product categories,and the workflow organization structure.▪ Working closely together with other SSC teams to decrease the resolution time of errors▪ Taking part in the induction of new employees, giving professional guidance to them▪ Making proposals to optimize processes
