She focuses on connecting international businesses with a need for services in France with professionals in the fields of audit, taxation, payroll and HR in order to guarantee a tailor-made and seamless 360 degree service offering. She also assists COGEP’s own clients in finding partners all over the world. Bettina was instrumental in setting up COGEP’s international payroll and HR team and the German and UK desks of the firm.HLB International - Top 10 Global advisory, audit and tax network:In her role as Technical Director and Global Assurance Leader of HLB International, Bettina is responsible for the network’s quality assurance programme which guarantees compliance with Forum of Firms requirements. She has developed a pragmatic approach to training and development within HLB International and leads outreach initiatives on training and quality assurance related matters in Europe, Eurasia, French-speaking Africa and Latin- and South America. Fostering Change and Development:One of the key focus areas of Bettina’s work with the various regions is the active identification and promotion of female talent. This takes the form of mentoring and coaching female colleagues on their career path towards becoming partners, conducting networking activities which are focused on women and being an advocate for female leadership during speaking engagements worldwide. Since 2012, Bettina has also been a speaker at national and international conferences on audit, business development and practice management issues.
