With an ever curious mind and the spirit of a lifelong learner, I seek deep expertise to deliver inclusive, delightful practices and experiences in talent acquisition and beyond.I work globally with business leaders, technologists, and program leaders across Amazon and its subsidiaries. Within my team, I develop, design and document new strategies, requirements and timelines to drive equitable improvements and impact inclusive processes. As a critical member of cross-functional teams, I am able to also drive process design, testing, implementation, and operations to support new initiatives and services through the lens of diversity and inclusion. I look at end-to-end hiring practices and expand or change them for the assurance of equitable and mindful engagement of underrepresented talent. I examine programs and processes with a global outlook to understand and support the unique and valued perspectives of various cultures and populations.As a board member for the Amazon People with Disabilities (PWD) Affinity Group, and an avid advocate for the power of innovation within PWD and Neurodiverse talent, I am honored to contribute and drive best practices and improvements for internal Amazon PWD communities as well as external entities.
