I have led cross departmental VfM and Lean process reviews of capability reducing costs by 15% whilst maintaining service to the public. This included a restructure of forensic investigation, removing tiers of management whilst maintaining and future proofing service delivery in a highly technical area of business. I have developed and led improvements to standards of customer service in the public contact centre moving beyond numerical targets to include value added behaviours and systems.To build resilience and deliver effective change I developed a programme of senior leadership development and coached senior managers in the delivery of customer focused outcomes to improve service to the public and build organisational engagement.I have successfully led the scoping, planning, briefing, deployment and debriefing of numerous complex policing operations maximising resource efficiency and safety to achieve strategic objectives.
