I have transitioned into a career in Data Analytics through my love for turning simple or complex data into actionable insights. My role involves overseeing the collection, processing, analysis, and interpretation of data to provide insights that will help drive business decisions and strategy.

In a nutshell, my job involves :>Effective stakeholder engagement, management and leadership>Ensuring that all allocated projects are implemented successfully on time, within approved budget, in line with business case and to agreed service standards.>Ensuring that the level and skill of project resources are correct to enable the delivery of business projects and support the growth agenda. >Ensuring that all risks have been identified and mitigation's are in place and resolved on time and effectively. >Ensuring Risk is identified and managed throughout the life cycle and that the stakeholders and wider business are aware and aligned.

Responsible for assisting external customers in the implementation and integration of their business and processes with DHL. Involves evaluating customers’ needs and coordinating collaboration between DHL Sales and Operations Teams and other stakeholders to help develop and deliver the appropriate solutions and configurations that support business processes in all phases of customer on-boarding.
