Main responsibilities:=> conducting classes in the field of marketing and market research.=> conducting classes in the field of consumer behaviour.=> conducting research in the field of: e-marketing, employer branding, strategic marketing, knowledge management.

- acquiring and managing projects,- conducting analysis related to projects scope,- preparing and controlling projects' budgets,- involvement in preparing expertizes and documents related to project acquisition,- cooperation within public procurement procedures.

​=> planning, budgeting and managing interdisciplinary projects;=> permanent contact with advertising agencies and external services providers;=> auditing and optimizing marketing activities in Poland and abroad;=> analysing and managing CSR projects.

=> conducting workshops and trainings concerning personal and business development;=> consulting and building webpages, especially from a perspective of their usability;=> preparing and implementing marketing and employer branding strategies for SMEs, mainly in fashion industry.

​=> creating marketing and implementing marketing strategy within "Lodzkie of Energy" Project;=> co-operating with Polish and foreign partners (mainly from Germany, Italy, Norway, Czech Republic, Hungary);=> working with media representatives in the process of building regional brand (Lodzkie of Energy) and RIC Pro-Akademia operations;=> advisory and training activities for SMEs within marketing, internet marketing and project management.More: http://www.proakademia.eu/baza-wszystkich-ekspertow/69.html

​=> creating and implementing the marketing strategy;=> building employer's brand and coordination of recruitment processes;=> coordinating e-projects, i.e. http://www.leader-great.pl;=> current contact with Foundation's Clients and local media;=> translating scientific articles (Polish-English, English-Polish);=> editing and proofreading of the Polish and English articles;=> developing project proposals under Action 7.2 HCOP;=> cooperation in the development of the City of Lodz Revitalization Strategy.

Main responsibilities:=> development of strategic and tactical recommendations for creating a favourable image of the lodzkie region;=> creating of research methodology and research tools, and conducting independent research (quantitative and qualitative) about the importance of e-marketing in creating the image of the tourist region of Lodz;=> comparison of education and social innovation patterns in Poland and Norway;=> conducting the benchmarking of Polish regions.
